I have deep doubts about the character of some of the waiters in this restaurant. Yesterday, my wife and I ordered two meals with coupons at this restaurant. Mama combo for 5.99 and mozza BGRS for 8.99. When I checked out, it was 18.20. My wife said the amount was wrong, so I asked for the receipt. I found that I was overcharged for a mama burger at 2.35. I asked the waitress why, and she said it might be taxes. I don't agree. I also know what the tax rate is and where it should be displayed. She had no choice but to call a waitress to explain. She said that my order of mama combo did not include the price of hamburgers. Of course, I disagreed with this explanation. So they called another male employee, probably the manager. He looked at the cashier's computer for a long time and asked me what I wanted. I said that if the price is wrong, I need a refund. He asked the second waitress to give me a refund. The waitress only gave me a refund of 2. Of course I didn't agree. The waitress asked the male employee again. she gave me another 80cents. She almost threw the money into my hand。 The waitress who took our order was the last to bring us our meal, also looking unhappy. I'll never eat here again. It's almost premeditated. My English is poor and I don't have a local face. Maybe that's why. Luckily, I'm not bad at math. I'll never eat here again. It's so unfriendly. Quick, efficient, friendly staff. Food, as always, is the typical A&W menu items. Been our experience, the food is always freshly & well made. Good fast food experience.
The food is awesome. The coffee I'd ok. The hot chocolate is horrible. They do not have a hot chocolate maker they are me with packages and one package for a small medium or a large. Is a little weird and the hot chocolate is horrible.
I had order properly and the customer service was bad. First is that I try mu best to speak slowly because I know i might have an accent sometime and the lady in the drive thru was annoyed. I had previous experience where my order was not made correctly so before I leave, i check my order and behold they forgot to place my 2 chicken wraps inside. So i went it to tell them and the lady who was preparing on the food looks annoyed at my and ungrateful. Not even sincere she forgot to place it and does not want to accept the mistake. The cashier was nice but my experience with the food preparer is so bad and would never recommend this A&W franchise. I love A&W since I first time I arrived in Canada and most of them were nice people. Its my first time having bad experience with them.
Always fast at the drive-thru, only A&W in the valley with a military discount. Friendly staff and my order is always correct even though I tend to make a lot of adjustments. Beyond burger for the win, just don't forget to remove the Mayo to make it vegan.
Good fast food. Would be nice if this location offered the same deals as the other a &ws in town
It was very busy but staff proceeded to get orders out in an acceptable fashion
