Love this dental office, emergencies are handled right away, My tooth looks better then it did before it cracked. Dr. O is the best, quick yet efficient and professional. no pressure to purchase treatment you don't need, I love it here. I recommend this office to everyone who needs dental work. don't waste your time elsewhere.

STAY AWAY!!! I came to this dentist only because it is near my house.. Point is, this place is SHADY! I went in, the service was okay can’t complain, receptionist and the dentist assistant we’re nice, the actual dentist was more serious and cold, which I don’t care for, if that’s how you are that’s how you are..my review is solely based of the fact that they are just trying to steal your money!! I have medical and I know certain things are not covered by it. At the end of my appointment I was hit with a rough estimate of nearly 2,000 They told me because medical didn’t cover the treatment I needed so I had to pay out of pocket. I ended up going to get a second opinion from a different dentist by the name of Win dental, and they were able to assist me. Long story short my Medical did end up covering what I needed done. Imagine I would have not gotten a second opinion.. I would have been stuck right now paying a almost 2000 bill! Let me be clearly that I DID ASK THEM if medical would cover some of those cost and they clearly told me NO without batting an eye! like how shady can you be !?! Especially in this pandemic WE NEED TO BE HELPING EACH OTHER OUT instead of trying to steal people’s money!!!
I just want to thank everyone at Comfort dental group in El monte they were so polite and treated me with such kindness and made sure i was ok and most of all they took care of my toothach that i was having this place is by far the BEST i mean BEST dental place i have ever seen thanks again guys keep up the good quality work
Best Dentist I’ve experienced, ever! I’ve always been terrified of visiting the dentist, due to past experiences and quite honestly the simple sound of the machines gives me so much anxiety (and I’m not an anxious person), so needless to say I avoid going at all cost. It wasn’t until I chipped my tooth that I finally had no other choice and made an appointment to go see Dr. O who came highly recommended. Even with my friends' endorsement I was extremely nervous upon arrival. However, I was greeted so warmly by the staff at the front desk and that was the beginning of a grand experience (despite my broken tooth). The day I visited the office, it was very very busy. I’ve never witnessed a smoother operation than what Dr. O has at Comfort Dental. The best way I can describe it, was like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. Dr. O, the conductor, spent time with each and every patient, walked everyone personally through the next steps, continuously checked on each patient that was waiting to give them an estimated time for the next step in their specific process, it was fascinating to witness. When Dr. O went to numb me, for what we thought was going to be a root canal, I didn’t even feel a slight pinch. He was talking to me and I didn’t even realize he had already finished injecting the anesthetic. He also made sure that I was completely and totally numb before he even started to work on me… luckily I didn’t end up needing the root canal and was able to save my tooth with a crown. The entire staff had the best customer service and bedside manners that I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this office, even if you’re like me and dread going to the dentist I guarantee this will be a completely different experience.
