Absolutely disgusted with the service received, hardly maintaining social distancing when your staff members clearly don’t know how to wear their face masks correctly, wanting to charge me for an emergency supply of my medication that I take so I can make it through a day without being bunged up and eyes running like crazy. Not funny that you don’t even have your designated pharmacist there to write an emergency script telling me to go to out of hours who will do nothing as always never again

Hardworking, caring staff who try their absolute best. Can’t thank them enough.

Had the door shut in my face at 12:55 and told it was luñchtime and reopening at 2pm. ! Am quite disabled and have multiple health issuses. I only wanted a box a tissues due to my , & my partners heavy colds & cough. There's different staff constantly and, by the look on their faces, it seems to annoy them if they have to serve a customer. I for one have stopped going there anymore. Enough is enough. Rolands Pharmacy (opposite) staff know how to treat its customers . They are always curtious and helpful in many ways. The staff and service is second to none ....

I have been going to this chemist for about 9 years and have always been treated courteously and with respect I have however recently been in ill health and have to inject myself on a daily basis which I obviously require hyperdermic syringes for but when I ask for them I am met with the filthiest of looks by the Chinese lady that works there, she obviously thinks I’m a drug addict but even if I was should I really have to be treated in such a disgusting way, no I shouldn’t. I have reported the lady in question but haven’t received any acknowledgment of my letter as of yet. I will repost if and when I do.

I was the only customer in the shop this morning. I was ignored for ages at counter. I walked out disgusted in the end. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience in this branch. It's quicker to go to the Penrhyn Bay branch.
