The workers and volunteers make everything so easy to drop off an injured animal, even during the pandemic. You just go to the side of the building (don't forget your mask), ring the doorbell, and somebody comes up with a one-page sheet of paper to fill out with some information on you and the animal. I've dropped off baby robins, turtles, baby raccoons, and even a vulture. They don't all make it of course, but it's reassuring to know that they get great care, and if the injury is just too much, it's good to know that they won't suffer like they would if left out in nature. The clinic provides such a great service and you can tell the work is important to them. If you are able, don't forget to leave a little donation as they can use each and every penny.

I took an injured squirrel to them in Dec and sent many messages and emails for follow up. I never heard back. A lady took it from me at the door and I was not able to go in. I filled out the form and she came outside to pick it up. I hope he made it. I wish they would call and update me. I'm disappointed that they ignored so many emails and requests for update especially that I had donated and given them so much time to respond.

This place was great! They took an injured wild bunny from us without a problem. Be sure to donate a little to them when you bring in a wild animal.

I would give them 5 stars based on my 1st experience, which they saved my dragon with emergency surgery. However, my latest experience, my dragon was practically dying, and I didnt feel they treated his condition with a sense of urgency. I waited 3 days for his blood results, while I bugged them calling for the diagnosis multiple times, and I never received a follow up call to check his condition. This could have been a unique experience, so I am still giving 4 stars based on the two times I have been there, the doctors and techs are very attentive and spend time in the exam. They also answer all questions, no matter how ridiculous you think it sounds, and I do believe they have competitive pricing. Not many vets in the area can treat exotics, so I am grateful to have them near.
