The roads are atrocious. If you would tear one road up at a time instead of tearing up every road around Columbus up we probably wouldn’t have a gas tax to pay for your poorly managed roadwork. Do one road at a time, FINISH IT IN A WEEK, not a month, not a year, not two years, finish that in a week or less like any developed country in the world would.

The worst bus system ever in life. They just book these kids a bus not worrying about safety I live in front of a lighted area they send my daughter to a dark alley and men stopping there trying to pick woman up and they told me I have to wait for a report to be filed. I calling 911 on men following us home or to the bus stop she is the only one who gets picked up there. The other kids get picked up across the street where there is other children and a school waiting to be picked up this city scares me I can't wait to move New Jersey has the best school system and they handle their children like they had them. I guess not enough parents care out Ohio to complain but I am and will keep doing so Next is my lawyer
Bad customer service via phone. Just plain rude and condescending.
Great institution
I've gone to Columbus City Schools my entire school career (now a senior) along with my siblings the eldest being 24 now, and the transportation staff has NEVER been helpful. They're often rude, or you can't reach anything other than a automated voice message.
Bus is late daily, no real excuse why.
Tight security
awful awful awful. 7:30 pm Monday and 315 N is not clear. not one clear lane from RMH to 270. Are you kidding?
