The Customer Service and personal banking was stellar. The bank has a local look and feel with all the bells and whistles for millennial banking. The Smart checking hands down is the best thing for the digital market of today. I was with USAA and being a victim of identity theft was terrible. The Bank closed its local branch here in the city and everything was we will get back to you we will call as soon as possible. I have made the effort to switch to a Bank that is Small of enough to know me but large enough to serve all my financial banking needs. Thank you Calumet .
