I was running late, so I opted for the blue lot for the first time for faster service. That didn't happen. This lot doesn’t have a waiting spot like the green lot; instead, they drive up to your car to help with your bags, but it takes forever to get everyone on the shuttle. For 8-10 people it was about 20-25 minutes. At the last minute the driver went back to pick up someone that drove on to the lot, adding more time. I won’t be back to the blue lot, better off with green.

When we arrived at the airport, there was no shuttle in sight... Waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up. Same in our return flight. Been standing outside waiting for someone for 15 minutes already... Paid the extra money for this lot anticipating better service... Definitely did not deliver.

These drivers are really courteous and friendly. I always use the blue lot. Please remember to have a couple bucks for the tip. They hustle and earn it.

We got there at 3-something in the morning so maybe this isn't typical, but as we pulled in the shuttle was right there, the shuttle driver flagged us down, showed us where to park, helped carry our bags, helped another family who pulled in right after us, then we were off!
