My wife and I just recently leased a 2020 Chevy Traverse from Richie at Columbiana Buick Chevy. We traded in our 2018 Traverse early and Richie went out of his way to make our experience super easy, fast and friendly. I can’t say enough about how easy the process was...and we did almost all of it over the phone. We didn’t purchase our first Traverse from Col. Buick Chevy, but it is my local dealership and they have always treated me right when I take it in for service or repair. I wanted to give them a shot at earning my business because their service department has always been a pleasure to work with and they will give me a loaner vehicle anytime I ask...no questions or complaints. That’s a big deal for me because I have three small children in car seats and we need a large vehicle at all times. I’m totally thrilled with our new Traverse and with the entire sales process. I've been shopping for cars online, and I was trying to stay under a limit of 10k....but the larger cars that I like usually don't drop that low--unless they have 'high mileage.' This dealer had a red 2011 Cadillac CTS4 that caught my attention, but we determined that a black one--that was one year newer, and 35,000 fewer miles--might be more acceptable for the banks to finance. Since it was late in the day on a Sat. afternoon; they told me \Take the car home for the weekend--see how you like it!\ Most dealerships are too distrusting to do that--but these guys are a first rate operation! Long story short? We didn't complete the deal, and I just thought I'd be better off selling my old car, instead of trading it--and dropping the length of the loan term from 60 months to 48....so in the near future, I will return--and come home with the Cadillac of my dreams! Thanks, guys!

I would have to say from the start with purchasing our car here with Soup until our recent service appointment, we have had the best service ever. I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience anywhere else and we have bought cars elsewhere and definitely had cars serviced other places. The fact that I did not have to worry about taking time off work to get my car to the dealership and then having someone bring it back tome meant the world to us. The driver was amazing. Jordan was great. Overall was a excellent experience.
