Horrible! Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here! We have had so many problems with them. We still dont have all of the pieces on our house, we moved in the home in July 2020. We contacted the housing inspector and it seems they are all friends. Lies,lies,lies. Run! Run fast! If this is your first time, you dont have to let this company do all of the work. Hire a contractor through your loan. Buy a house elsewhere!

Purchased the home in May and they made all sorts of promises. We were excited and everyone there seemed nice, until we asked to have a service person come to our site. which we were told they ALWAYS do. Not in our case, they said they didn't need to since we had a contractor who had never done this before. Then we had to pay them in full before they delivered the home. Then they said they are too busy to install it or finish it and only paid part of that cost. They literally dropped the home and ran. Never been lied to so much and people who dispute their own words. Never, never again
Reasonable prices and they set everything up except for getting ground ready! Very nice and very helpful people!
I was in the process of buying a home. I put 5000.00 down. In the meantime, I was diagnosed with an illness and am unable to work. I thought the reasonable thing would be to just ask for my money back because I am unable to work. I was asked personal questions about my health and they refuse to refund my money. Buyer beware!!
