I order a big order of British red cedar cladding for my garden office project. The cladding that came was not up to the specs that I mentioned. Also the quality of the cladding was so poor that the driver who delivered also agreed with it. I had to reject the delivery which caused massive issues with my builder as his schedule was fully disturbed . Now comes the fun part, Coltman brother didn’t give me the full refund. They deducted 85 for delivery charges. Delivery charges for the material which was not to the spec and very poor quality. This is a joke.

Delivery drivers think it's ok to park on pavements and make pedestrians go on the road. Would you take your children on the road because of the stupidity of a delivery driver.
