Arranged to arrive before 1.00pm and didn't. Called after 4pm and arranged for the following morning, never arrived, never called back. Lost days off work. Awful customer experience!
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The initial appointment to measure up was very quick and professional. The price for the carpet was reasonable for what we wanted doing. When the fitters came they got on with the job and were very good at their jobs, even cleaning up after they'd finished. Would definitely recommend and use again.
My wife was treated badly when they knew we rented she walked out in disgust carpetright are just the opposite polite and helpful
