Best Ethiopian restaurant food that I have had. Excellent flavor with the beef tibs and inner with lentils and vegetables (meat-veggie combo). The owner was so generous. She gave me free beef tibs for my dinner for my hotel.

I really enjoyed getting take-out from here. I think Ethiopian is delicious and this didn't disappoint. She is a sweet lady and wrote a nice uplifting message on my take-out boxes which made me smile. Smiles in this day and age are very appreciated. Makes me feel good to support a delicious local restaurant also. I got the Vegetarian Sampler, but I have no doubt anything you get here will be healthy and made from the heart. Enjoy and stay safe!

My wife tried calling multiple times and got no answer. She showed up and the lights were on, but no one opened the door and there was a sign telling us to call. I called as well multiple times, got no answer. I was excited to eat some of my cultures food in Colorado, but I guess that's not happening tonight... we'll see if I get a response through this review..

The ladies are so sweet and the food was extremely fresh. Definitely going back, this place is a gem. They have Mediterranean options too, like gyros, for less adventurous eaters, but I highly recommeded trying enjoying the traditional Ethiopian cuisine. Because of the pandemic it is call in only. I was comforted with how careful they operate.

We found this place completely on accident. You wouldn't even know it was a restaurant until you read the sign. Neither my wife or I, had ever tried Ethiopian food, so we figured we'd give it a shot. Wow, were we surprised. The waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she helped us navigate our way through something we had no idea how/what to eat. The food was super tasty. I ended up having something with lamb...i don't remember the name but it was excellent. The rolled up bread/crape thing was different but excellent. For dessert we had the baklava which was amazing. We wished we lived closer, because we'd become regulars at Uchenna.
