If your in a budget but still want a nice place to eat go here. I have gone here for dates, a normal day, when I'm depressed. And every time they are always amazing. They have a movie playing on the TV. Have taken amazing measures above and beyond for the pandemic. My first memory is of ordering their soup with just change and someone ordering me and my companions the yakitory they serve here. It would be 5 stars but their \onion rings\ are completely flavorless and honestly just disgusting.

This was the sixth visit and have been going there for a while now. I just wanted to point out the refreshing of the restaurant and it's a nice update. It appears that there is new management and was very nice. Food was really about the same and was very good. My only negative was the salad dressing. I remember it as being nice and light and not heavy on the mayonnaise. But, overall I really like the upgrades to freshly painted walls and bamboo wall accents. The new black leather booths are a nice touch as well. I would definitely be back.
It's been more than a year since I've been to Yakitori 2. I was not disappointed. Great food, great service as always.
If you think this is good Japanese food then you're wrong. Very salty and sweet. Very greasy too. The only thing I liked was the gyoza and yakitori. I grew up in Japan and was there for 20 years, so I do know what Japanese food taste like!
First time dining here. Friend recommended it. Yakitori plate was enough for 2 people. Big portion. Good flavor. Soup and salad were a nice appetizer. Love the charred flavor on the meat. Great, friendly service. Will definitely come back!
