If you can avoid dealing with this place, whether its purchasing any machine or getting a maintenance package, do so. While employees are nice, the problem is always \your product being used and ours is better and you should use ours\. Even though the machine purchased was at their suggestion and was advised to work great with your products.

Everyone at Business Machines is extremely knowledgeable. From the start of our search for a postal machine until install and training I felt well taken care of. Not only did they go above and beyond, but my entire team felt well versed in the machine before our technician left. Their customer service impressed my entire company.
