Had a bad experience with them recently. This happened during the curfew imposed due to COVID. I got some items delivered from them but the prices for many of these items were unreasonable. For one particular item, the MRP was clearly mentioned as Rs. 860, whereas it was billed for Rs. 1100. Despite many requests to share the bill with us prior to purchase, the bill was given only when the items were delivered. I wouldn't have went with the purchase had I seen the prices of individual items. On inquiring about the price discrepancy, they mentioned that "there had been a mistake" but wouldn't refund me. They offered a credit towards my next purchase with them, but this is useless to me since I don't know how long the curfew will last and I won't be making any purchases here in future. It is really unfortunate to see these people exploiting the current situation to deceive and rob their customers. I have always purchased cosmetics and other items from them, but not going to do that anymore.
Some perferumes ara fake ones just gas only.. Check before buy.
Great cosmetics and beauty products store that sells a wide range of items. Staff is knowledgeable on all the items and you can expect an efficient service from them. Prices are reasonable as I have experienced some other shops selling certain brands at higher rates. They also have their pharmacy located adjacent to this shop for better convenience. Highly recommended.
