Honestly I have never left a nasty to comment to any restaurant but this is by far the WORST! Terrible customer service , food took 2 whole hours and the guy who answered all 3 times I called , had the audacity to say ‘oh this is a gourmet restaurant not a fast food ‘ like I care bro, just send the food on time . This is the second time it has happened and they also lied about the rider not being there when I could clearly see from the app the poor guy was waiting ! Guys ! Save yourself the trouble ! NOT WORTH THE WAIT!

I finally decided to try ustadi out.. I skeptically ordered the beef shawarma but it turned out to be the best thing I've eaten in a while. It looked thick and juicy like a burrito but it was packed with pure meat and some magical ingredients. It was wholesome, filling, scrumptious and it spoke absolute love.. I lived in Dubai for over 7 years and shawarmas are a part of my routine diet. But this was way beyond my expectation. Worth every minute of the wait as it was wholesomely made. Two thumbs up. I'm gonna be ordering more from their menu.
