These guys offer very good service. The customer service personnel are pretty well trained. They even have their own car park area just on the other side of the road, hence making it very convenient. They even provide delivery services within Colombo city limits when you place an order online. Need to note that they've changed their operating hours slightly as a result of the pandemic.
I Obtained their services at the outlet at Glow Mart in Mount Lavinia and I am impressed with the outstanding laundry services. The manager of this outlet Mr.Shown is very obliging and strives to satisfie the customer.Also I like to thank Laundromat for offering so many discounts through the Coperate Card throughout the year.Please include the Telephone number of this outlet in the Website. This outlet is an assert to the residence of Mount Lavinia .

This is the place where i used to give my all heavy cloths for washing and functional wears for dry cleaning. They take much care of our clothes. very reaponsible and reliable. It's crowded if you go in rush hours like after 4pm. it's always better to go in the morning hours. limited parking available. Very Friendly staff. Fast service. once they missed my pillow case and they paid me for that. Price is ok. But i dont think this prices are reasonable if you do regularly have cloths to pay and wash.
I was a regular customer to Laundromat till (around) 2007, and have not visited them for the last 12 to 13 years, till a few days ago. I was impressed. They still maintain the same standards that I had become accustomed to. they have a smallish reception area. however, it is well lit and air-conditioned. The staff are very pleasant, courteous, friendly and efficient. I was impressed. I handed over about 20 pieces of clothing for dry cleaning. The service was efficient. On collection, I found every item well packed. I had accidentally kept back one parcel, and not noticed it. A few days later I received a call informing me that I had left behind one parcel and that I should collect it as soon as possible. I found this collection process hassle free, and the staff were (as usual) friendly and helpful. Well done Laundromat.
