Pick me food is bad..They should stop the pick me food service.Pickme ride is much better. Just have ordered food 2 times but not as expected on either time. You must improve the service by selecting the good outlets or either reading customer reviews.

SCAM ALERT. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THEM. Ordered a cake for an occasion and when the cake was delivered it was completely damaged. The rider handed over the cake and rushed off and since then there is no answer from the guy. There were oil marks on the top of the box as well which I think the rider tried to put back the cake in place. He didnt have a pickup bag as well and had the cake on his bike handle. I lodged a complaint immediately and was informed was told they cannot put to through the complaints department that they will get in touch with me shortly and since then I have never received a call and I have wasted around 40 mins of time on the phone with incapable support. Had to place another order since the occasion wasnt going to wait till PICKME decides to send a replacement. Since then I have been waiting for 10 days to get a call and my refund but up to now there's no feedback. I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] and [email protected] and submitted multiple complaints through the app as well. I have attached everything so that everyone can see what type of a scam operation this is. I hope the authorities take actions regarding them.
I feel pick me should i introduce another feature in there app, so that a lady driver could be chosen, this will enable all ladies to get a lady driver quickly if they need to travel alone. Pick me has always given good value to me like the introduction of flash which i use on a regular basis for my business requirements.
It is one of srilankan online taxi service online head office and currently providing on line taxi good transportation services and online delivery service of pick me eats.good customer service at all and friendly service.
Worst app ever. They don't accept the ride and we have to search for a driver for about an hour. Worst service ever. Uber is 100% better than pick me.
I have registered on Pickme Driver app two weeks ago and attended to their google meeting as well. and submitted all required documents. but they still don't activate my account and whenever I call to customer support they are saying they will activate in a few days. but until now they didn't respond to my ticket. very poor and slow customer support! I will never do business with them again!
Multiple times the orders got cancelled (at night) saying the restaurant is closed or something .. even after an hour or so it shows as “a delivery partner will be assigned soon “ but it never gets assigned . I had to call the hotline and the call center guy said the same thing. When I asked the guy to check whether the restaurant closed , he checked and said it’s closed ... Of caz they refunded but I had to waste an hour waiting for my order .. this happens a lot at night .. so in general the app status’ are incorrect.. And also as you might already know all the restaurants have jacked the prices like 25% or so when listing in these food apps..
Mahesh YT0224 is a Bad Disciplined driver.... check on this driverDo not know how to talk to the customer.... And also Refused to stay because by telling that he have his personal work to do and drop us before the drop location that I added and completed the ride and took the full amount from us ..( the amount witch shows pick up location to dropped location ) .
