Very very worst and unfriendly staff that I have never come in to contact in my life time. Very rude . As a business place there are suppose to maintain adequate change in the cash counter for them to give the change to customer, but they are so rude when we don’t give them the correct change .it’s not about the money it’s about the customer service . The staff at the counter are very rude and unfriendly. The cashier owes me 10 Rs balance when I asked him the balance cashier is asking me to give 40 Rs change to get my 10 Rs back .the tone was very rude and demanding. If the cashier is robbing 10 Rs from each and every customer than think what is the amount he is taking home every day .The management needs to look in to this seriously.

Went there on a weekday. Good place to get quick eats. They have dining in the first floor. Staff are good and quickly attend to your requests. The menu has cakes, burgers, short eats etc... You get rice and curry, fried rice and more. The lime juice is tasty. Ambience is ok. There's a single table in the ground floor. The cost is economical. Overall experience is good.
The worst staff I've ever encountered in a P&S. Loud, unfriendly and unprofessional to the best. Really a shame given that you'd get a generally good service in other outlets. Shame.
Replace your grupmy security guard before you get more bad reviews. Three days ago I went there and the place was temporarily closed in the broad daylight due to some covid 19 procedure I guess. The security guard just muttered this fact to everyone in an inaudible voice..no politeness at all.. Few minutes later an old lady came in and the security guard muttered the place is temporarily closed which she cleary didnt understand.. When the lady kept asking questions to clarify why the place is closed in the broad daylight , the security guard actually said "pissu gaaniyek!".. Luckily the old lady didnt here it properly ..But I was really shocked...is that how you treat and greet your customers in the threshold? Let alone a senior citizen? Disgusting!
Immediately as you bring your order upstairs to have it within the premises, the cleaning staff comes to chase you out although you may be the only person there. Really bad service and ruins your mood each morning. I dont reccomend having your meals there just because you become sour when you come to enjoy your meal in peace.
It is a pretty good place if you just want to sit and talk while eating a few pastries because of the ambience on the top floor

Visited their shop at havelock road today and there was a dark woman who served me... she seemed disinterested in helping customer. All the staff very busy trying to fit some bottles of water which should NOT take precedence over serving customers. I had to order a few items and this woman was quite impatient... then I finally asked for two bottles of ginger beer and she told one of the boy to get the bottles and muttered "this customer is a nuisance"... I was shocked!!! Does she NOT realise it is her job to serve customers or P&S should have self service if the staff cannot concerned themselves with serving. Does she also know that I am "paying" for those items and it is NOT coming out of her pocket!... I was UTTERLY disgusted... Will NEVER patronise that outlet again!
