This place is pretty efficient. Extremely friendly and helpful security ladies. I was deeply touched by the efficient and caring nature if this place. Kudos to those people who have made this such a nice place, given that the place deals with pretty difficult and confusing scenarios of retired people on their EPF and ETF stuff.

They are giving good service.
This place is huge. Lot of people come here to take services. Large buildings and lot of floors I think more than 9 floors here. Security guards also somewhat helpful here. Officers and workers here are also supportive. They care about people. But I had that feelings this place needs more people for public services.
Lifts are not working for several floors. Quite quick service!

You can get ETF form submission through EXPRESS service counter and they will credit money to your account within 2-3 days. Good Service. But make sure to go to office early in the morning becauss express counter only serve limited application per day ( when i visit they close after taking 120 applications) Also make sure to take all the required documents ( correctly filled application form with company seal and singnature, NIC photocopy with company seal , proof of document to verify bank account like passbook copy, bank statement or letter from bank) they charge 1000 Rupees if claim is below 2 lacks. Else 2000 rupees
