Very disappointing service. My order for a cheesecake was promised at one price & when it was collected they suddenly increased the price; we had no choice but to pay this increased amount. They should not deceive customers this way.

Travelled from Seeduwa to Kitulapone as when checked online it said that the dessert shop was opened. To our amazement it not so & when called the number which was available online, sales & marketing said that the outlet was closed due to the covid-19 pandemic. It was a very disappointing experience!
