Used to be a very good indian vegetarian cafe. But quality and service seems going down.
This place is a superb find. When you are on Galle road, atleast one time visit this cafe.very simple ,basic, sumptuous,clean local food. Variety of dishes,depending on what time of the day you visit .in spite of so much of modernization around, you will enjoy the simplicity .The cafe gives you a feel of the bygone era. I am sure after indulging in tummy full food here, you will walk out, happy and content.
Great place for having some vegetarian food. The foods are tasty and priced very attractively. The service is also really good. The milk tea and milk coffee is very good, and I can recommend it for others. One issue I found was the lack of parking, since this the only medium sized vegetarian food restaurant in kollupitiya the issue can be waived off as for me. Anyway be mindful of parking problems, but you can always park in other roadside parking slots nearby. The shop is also open on some poya-days which is very convenient. Overall a good place for vegetarians and Tamil people who like tasty vegetarian foods.
