A trip we'll never forget! All was perfect. From the very start (pick-up @ airport) till the end it all has been simply great! Foozoo's team as well as our driver (Irosh) were amazing! The way they tailored to perfection our itinerary (and inherent activities), after we answered five of their questions, is just impressive! Without any hesitation we'll suggest them to anyone who travels Sri Lanka! Can't be grateful enough for this vacation. We fell in love with Sri Lanka and it's people not only because they're wonderful but definitely thanks to Irosh and Foozoo! Ishthuti!
We travelled for the first time to Sri Lanka this January with an itinerary organised through Foozoo . We had an amazing experience! The country is fantastic but the trip was perfect because the guys at Foozoo just went out of their way to tailor it to exactly what we wanted to do. The guide, Irosh, was one of the best we ever had and we ended the trip with a great friend. Dinesh and his team were always available to change or add anything to the itinerary as we went along (we extended our trip for 6 nights!). We work in the travel industry and know that this type of operation is not easy, but they made it look effortless. We are raving about the trip and the country to all our friends and contacts, but I know that what made the trip was their expert knowledge. Thank you, Foozoo! Gihin enaam!
My experience with Foozoo was incredible. Not only did they craft the perfect off the beaten path tour for my friend and I, but the driver they provided (Irosh) was beyond incredible, going so far as to curate an extra experience for us after hearing me speak about it. The hotels were great, the sights were incredible and the Foozoo team checked in on us every step of the way to make sure we were having the best experience possible for our short time in Sri Lanka.
A Spectacular 15 day journey with Foozoo Travel! From the beaches of Unawatuna where I took surfing lessons, the train to Haputale and meeting local travelers along the way, biking among the temples, climbing Lions Rock, ballooning over Sigirya, safari in Yala National Park and swimming at Kirinda beach...what an adventure! Naswar was not only a great guide but traveling companion, knowledgeable of local customs, food, fruit and navigating the roads and traffic. I selected Foozoo because of their attention to detail and commitment to Sri Lanka through their Give Back program. I was thrilled to be able to teach a workshop on entrepreneurship for local entrepreneurs. I highly recommend Foozoo Travel...come and experience the adventure of Sri Lanka for yourself!
Sri Lanka stirred my soul I was a solo lesbian traveller to Sri Lanka and I picked the right team to take on this exotic destination. In as little as three emails, we had the plan wrapped up. Dinesh the main guy behind the operation was so accommodating, understanding of my special needs and concerns and super quick. From the get go, I realised that these guys know Sri Lanka well enough to make it less touristy and more intimate. I had so many life changing moments on this trip. All sparked by simple acts of kindness. The villagers, Nawar the handsome and charming tour manager, authentic experiences, a wellness retreat, quiet times at temples and shrines. I could really go on forever. At the end, having done the tour and met the team and having listened to their work and passion, not just in the travel work but also on ground, i have found so much new energy and my spirit is soaring. If you can join them on one of their tree plantigng expeditions. Its a day out in the wild with real passionate people actively doing good for this planet. Thank you guys. I will be back.
