Perfect beginning for a stress free holiday. Everything was organised and pain free. Greeters meet you just outside the exit from the baggage hall. Then, they bring you to your transport and have all your details ready for the driver. Outstanding service by all involved. Thanks for this wonderful service and really Heart-warming!
Can't fault them on finding taxi service. A really quick response with several taxi firm quotes. Once quote selected we received a message directly from the chosen firm with a contact name and number and telling us which airport door to exit through to be met by the driver with our name placard. Also a message of looking forward to meeting us! Our driver, Gupta Sagar you are the man of the match, Yes you did it so patiently calm and you driving like a pro. On our recent visit to Sri Lanka, we utilized Airport Transfer three times. Everything was very easy. On the trip to Weligama from the Cruise, we changed our pickup four different times. Each one was met with great customer service and the team was very accommodating. We did have one late pickup due to traffic. When I called, the customer service representative quickly found our booking and immediately could tell me that the driver was running late but should be at the pickup location in ten minutes. Sure enough, he was there in a little less than ten minutes. When traveling from overseas, I highly recommend Airport Transfer to help ease the stress of arriving into an unfamiliar city.
I had an excellent experience with Airport Transfer. We hired a car from Airport to Weligama. The car was well maintained and excellent condition. The staff was friendly, helpful and rates are reasonably priced. The driver was very professional and experienced. They made my trip very smoother. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. I look forward to renting with them again.
Highly Recommended to all A month before i was travel to Sri Lanka with my family. I used airport transfer service from colombo to bentota. Ontime Pickup & Good vehicle conditions, drivers are amazing.
Transport is ok, however airport transfer charges to hotel in Weligama is Very expensive compared with other transport companies I checked two days after. On sat 14 Sept, they charged us 122us , whereas others proposed 62us Check inland companies that are much cheaper than airport transfer who benefit on their top google position to charge exhorbitant prices
Hi friends ! Many online cabs are coming upto date. So we are confused on that which one is safe and good. Had booked a cab when I traveled from Marino Beach resort to Ranweli Holiday Village . First of all their service is so good. the booking is so easy. I had firstly booked via online, then I had some doubts so I called them and they cleared all my doubts. Then next day I have to change my time so I called them and changed the cab timing. They did it very politely. They were very helpful, guys. The cab was on time. Driver was so cool and so friendly. It was great fun. He guided us all the way and took us to different places to taste best foods and purchase good products in Sri Lanka. Every cab service should have drivers like him. Then when I was going back to Colombo Airport. I choose the Airport Transfer again and yes the same driver was with me this time too. They will send a full detailed bill to your email address. They don't charge you much more. If you opt for some other transport service, they will charge you more. Verdict- If you want to travel with Airport Transport, from one city to another. Airport Transfer cab is the best option. Always go for it. I would rate 10/10 to all the services of Airport Transfer cab. Be it the car, driver, time and most important the price is quite economical. Their service beats the price though it may be expensive. You can use the one way cab service and you would never be disappointed.
