If you are eligible for a visa with your current qualifications (like ielts, educational level, work experience and etc.) there is no way to reject your application by a government. Auz connect only do document lodging. Even the visa application should be filled by yourself. They only know how to process a visa that gone be granted for sure. Consultancy service and follow up is very poor. We have to call them and ask "hey remember me, what's going on, do you have any update" like things. If you are qualified don't go after a agency and waste your money, apply by yourself after a through background study. If you choose auz connect you have to do the background study also and they don't give a guarantee (they will say we'll guarantee on your visa at first but don't trust them, Sign a guarantee letter with them highlighting if something happen they will refund your money). If you think you will get the grant after giving money to auz connect and sit back you won't get nothing. They do nothing only lodging documents . Think twice and your money is precious . Don't waste them for nothing

The first impressions with the consultant is great here. The staff is friendly and will help explain everything, analyse the case, and outline the high-level actions. Charges here are not totally unreasonable like the guys in Nugegoda who talks a big game but has an attitude. Working with AC is not hard but sometimes they lack clear perspective and guidelines. We pay a migration agent to tell us what to do exactly so we don't have to find everything ourselves and tell the agent what to do. I had the experience where Auz-Connect came back to me saying "it may be good to have that but it's fine even if we don't have that". Then later, "can't we get have that thing as well? It's better to have that. But, if you can't, then it's fine, but again better to have it". If you get my drift, this indecisiveness caused a lot of confusion, headache, and waste of time for me. Auz-Connect never follows up despite their promises. They easily forget the customers and sometimes have to talk to several people to remind "hey, remember me, etc". If you have the "guaranteed" points that will land you the invitation for sure, Auz-Connect will help you with the documentation. Otherwise, Auz-Connect is a black hole for money. You will get some results though. I'd recommend bypassing agents and saving money, and in cases like this, time as well. My purpose was to save time by using the agent. Instead, I spent a lot of time doing some of the agent's work myself due to lack of clear direction while wasting money.
