What an amazing experience i had. I was sent to this pracrice by the emergency services. They made me feel so comfortable and the dentist was so helpful and calming. I walked out of there with a spring in my step. Thankyou to all at the practice.

I'd been avoiding the dentist for some time due to bad experiences previously. Then due to gum infection and lack of confidence in my smile it got to the point where i decided enough is enough i want nice healthy teeth! Thank you to the practice manager lily for taking the time to talk to me about the surgery and to get me signed up. I honestly can't recommend Skipton road dental surgery highly enough, i visited recently as a new patient requiring treatment the whole team are warm, welcoming and you feel instantly at ease with them. Tom is a very caring dentist who excels in reassuring his patients and gives an excellent service and advice. Kath is the best dental hygiene therapist i have ever come across she ensures you are ok throughout and gives excellent support and advice. Thank you very much to each and everyone of you for all your outstanding treatment, help, and advice you are Simply the best!

I had a problem with a tooth just prior to lockdown, and was able to get an emergency appointment straightaway at the practice. The staff explained to me in detail why only a temporary filling could be put in at the time due to COVID safety measures. I then had an issue with another tooth and was able to get a phone consultation with the dentist and pick up some temporary filling. Once restrictions were eased I was able to get both teeth filled permanently. Every member of staff from the receptionists and dental nurses, to Niall the dentist, were friendly, reassuring and totally professional. Every aspect of treatment and safety was explained and the level of safety and cleanliness was exceptional. I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble for them I cannot praise this practice highly enough. They are another shining example of how great our NHS can be.

I haven't been to a dentist for 46 years. I had a very real phobia of dentists. I was forced to see one because of heart surgery I need. A friend of mine suggest this place sayings they were very good. I have to say Tom the dentist I saw was fantastic. He completely understud how I felt and completely put me at ease. The treatment I needed was two extraction and one filling . All the procedures were quick and absolutely pain free. Tom talked me through everything before hand and made me relaxed. And the after care is second to none. I know no longer have a fear of the dentist, which is a massive burden lifted. I really can't thank Tom enough for his help and understanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental surgery to anyone.
