Logistics nightmare, rudely told to wait on the road, there was no apology, I arrive one hour before my booking slot to make sure I’m on time for deliveries, booking time passed an hour no one still unloaded me, nor did they let me know what’s happening, speaking to other drivers and they all say the logistics side of this business could be a lot better, hopefully this will get better in the future
Absolute pleasure to deal with. A truly customer focused organisation who display a caring can-do attitude to all requests. Colloids are highly recommended.
Having interacted with Colloids recently I have to commend the company on their vision and focus around technological developments. A real asset to the UK economy.
I have enjoyed collaborating with Colloids and look forward to working with them again in future.
