This is the place to go for 100% relaxation! This was my first time to float and I was amazed at how easy it was to turn off the outside world and truly relax. If you have never experienced this you need to. You will not be disappointed. The spa is clean and the staff is friendly and ready to help. I felt comfortable and welcomed. 5 stars!!!

Devastated! I booked a couples massage for my daughter and I as a surprise 13th birthday gift. When we arrived we were told even though I chose a couples massage, I didn't pick 2 therapists (there wasn't an online booking option to pick 2 therapists) and therefore only 1 therapist was on staff and the service couldn't be done. I was also told that when booking online I had to book twice? This again didn't make sense. We flew in from Michigan to have this mother daughter experience on our mini getaway/birthday trip, and now we are both just so upset. Its beyond me why they wouldn't have 2 therapists on staff knowing this service was booked. I literally started crying because this was so important to my daughter and I. When I asked if there was another service that I could do while I wait for my daughter to get the couples massage (ALONE) I was told there was nothing else they could offer me, as I sat in front of a sauna for 60 minutes. Not impressed with the management of this establishment. However they offered me a discount on the massage which is the only reason they even got 1 star. The massage therapist was great though, according to my daughter!
Wonderful experience! This was just what I needed after a stressful year of what we call 2020. 12 months of stress washed away as I floated in a relaxing pool of salt with the option for light therapy or music. The staff was friendly and the environment was quiet and calming.
Very nice and relaxing, give it a try!
