So I'm not a super avid Marta rider, but I am a big fan of public transit I live near college park and take the 180 bus which comes to palmetto and drops me off at the nearest train station which is the college park station anyway long story short we are fixing two houses for my grandparents in college park and both are near the college park Marta station they can't walk far, and they both have no bus stop near their house to catch a bus to the station if anyone knows how to get in touch with a Marta employee or someone in higher position for Marta or how to get a bus stop back that has been permanently shut down due to COVID-19 or something else that happened I don't know what could possibly happen other than the virus. Would help thanks

This original train station served the Atlanta & West Point Railroad originally and is now a Community Center in College Park,Ga. for business development and other projects.

Haven't taken MARTA in years. Pretty clean and uncrowded way to get across town on a Friday afternoon.

I have been to a lot of stations on the north side and south side of Atlanta and this is one of the better ones. College Park is between Airport Station and East Point Station. I'm lucky enough to live in East Point with College Park literally across the street so I can use either station. Lately after having lived 12 years in EP I have switched to using this station. It's cleaner. Better designed. Less steps to walk down. I don't have to use the elevator which are usually filthy at most stations due to Marta closing almost all restrooms at stations. I get to watch planes land due to it being located near the runway. It's just very user friendly and the people don't seem as crazy getting on at this station. Uber and Lyft drivers are also usually in the area. The only drawback is the noise from the planes landing behind the station. You can see the runway and the entire plane as its coming down. Good for plane watching.
