The food at this place is absolutely delicious, my girlfriend and I enjoy the taste. However the customer service actually get worse every time I come. This last particular time was so bad I had to write a comment. First when I called the lady that answered was very short and sarcastic. I was told it would take about 30 min. I come up to the location about 25 min after my call. I waited an additional hour after I came into store, totally unacceptable. Now I understand business have peak times and wait times are longer than usual. That is when the staff is supposed to be empathetic and let customers know they are sorry for the wait. Instead you had 2 females getting irritated with paying patrons. This was my last visit.

I knew someone that worked there who end up getting me a job there and I can tell you it was a terrible extremely horrifying experience. The manager micromanage but still can’t manage to make sure that her employees give out fast hot correct food. Seem like she needs a mentor to guide her through this process so that her business doesn’t become flopping mess.
This usually is a good place to order from but over time has become a place where they need to lower the prices on the food because of quality. You have to order from here early in the afternoon to get a great plate of food. You have been forewarned.....never order late at night because by that time you will most likely be getting plates thrown together in order to be done and go home. You know when you get the same dish all the time and can tell its somebody different cooking...yea that part. You cannot hide burnt sausage in sauce fyi
The food is just not good. I got the 5 pc shrimp and fries. Not sure how the fries are burned and undercooked at the same time, but here we are! The breading on my shrimp was soggy, but we did order takeout so I’ll attribute to that. If ordering to go I suggest eating in the parking lot to avoid this.
Clean....the kids at the register were well mannered and efficient In taking my order....definitely a win for my 1st visit....My food was fresh and seasoned well
