The location is rough and could use some updating in terms of processing too (no receipt/online records), but given the circumstances of the travel test situation and the amount of people there (40), I was impressed by the way the staff handled everything efficiently and positively. Alexis kept her composure amidst the long line of people waiting for tests asking tons of questions and she did so with a smile on her face and positivity which made the experience more bare able. Especially after dealing with poor customer service by the airlines for 24 hrs. Thank you to the staff here for the work you’re doing. It’s not easy and we appreciate it.

One of the most hospitable and accommodating urgent care clinics I’ve walked into. The providers and staff were so accommodating— even though they were so busy with COVID because their testing options from rapid to PCR are second to none — if you need good care and good timely covid results for instant rapid results and next day to max 48 hr PCR results — THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! If you every have any concerns they do everything in their power to consider your needs.... Dr. Bonsu and his staff are a CLASS act!

After having symptoms I had to find a place to get a rapid COVID test. I chose Swift Urgent Care because of all the great reviews I had heard with how friendly and howwell they accommodate their patients since opening their doors. I wasnt surprised a bit with care I received. This is a top notch establishment, as I was in and out rather quickly even with many other patients also needing care. They are super friendly. I even got to speak to the physician Dr. Felix Bonsu, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. Thank you in your effort in helping decrease my anxiety prior to the test, as well as in helping fight this pandemic. 5 STARS!!!!

We had to come here because our airline (and the government) changed covid test requirements while traveling. There was a long line of people from the airport also waiting for tests, but they got us through quickly and efficiently and we received our test results back quickly. Alexis gets 5 stars, she was the one handling all of us waiting outside and made it a bit brighter and less frustrating/stressful for us. They also explained payment and insurance procedures before starting, which was helpful.
