Good library, but Barnet council will have to improve its phone service in terms of the opening hours
I like it ,its so nice clean the staff are supportive and also respectful the only thing that could be better is variety of books and not using pc for other course at library .I enjoy of being there .
This Library Comes Highly Recommended!! A very lovely Library environment - family-friendly and supportive of users (including those with diverse disabilities too). Staff are very helpful, courteous & professional. Security is always happy to help sign-post to available resources, and does perform duty well. Library is easily accessible to public transport, and has easy to use electronic entry access, when in \Self-Service\ mode. My only suggestion for improvement is the need to have more \plug-in points\ for connecting personal laptops to electricity socket points.
Staff and Security good and helpful and come in earlier than staffing times to help out. Quiet room mainly lock during the day when needed ,especially now being school holidays. They've blocked most of the floor power sockets which they say its for safety but leave the library unattended in the mornings.If layout was change would cure a lot problems.During the day very hard to concentrate because of the noise. Good quite place to study in the evenings when security guard is present to keep things in order.
