Steven Ford

Really good knowledge and explain the whole process as he fixed the lock, job done within an hour.

The Somerset Guild of Craftsmen highly recommend Colin Thompson. He answered the call immediately(no waiting for call back)and was at our Wells gallery in half an hour, having tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Prompt, friendly and professional service for a fair price. We would hope not to need help again but if we did, Colin would be our first port of call.

First class friendly service, arrived within 30 minutes of call. Very informative regarding the cause of our issue. Highly recommended and will use again.

Alex Moy

Colin was super friendly and courteous. Unlike other trades people he's not bothered about you sitting and watching and having a nice chat! He's not rude about my coffee making either!

Nick Kingsley

Had a great experience. They were super professional and speedy. Would definitely use again
