My partner and I instructed Roger Leedham at the Coles Miller Solicitors LLP branch on Parkstone Road, Poole to act on our behalf. We recently just completed on our purchase just in time before Christmas, which was really only made possible by Roger doing everything he could to get this done for us. I was actually given a recommendation by a work colleague who instructed Roger in the past 2-3 years prior and I hadn’t forgot Roger’s name, thankfully! Coles Miller are professionals at what they do, Roger is a very patient and helpful solicitor, he knew it was our first time buying a house and he gave us the time we needed to find the right property. Afterwards he sprung into action and took care of the rest. We had so many questions and buying a house and he was always there to lend a helping hand when we needed him.
