AWFUL - DO NOT USE! Ordered and paid online, and requested a call to arrange delivery so we could give access to the oil tank. Zero communication the next day. Rang the following day to be told it would be with us late afternoon. No show. Around 7.45am the next day they finally appeared. Spent half an hour doing very little apparently. Left without leaving a docket. Rang the office straight away and was told they'd post it out (??!) Checked the tank and hardly anything in it. Rang and was told they only delivered 56l that morning, the rest would be there in the afternoon. Docket they left said they delivered 234l. Together does not total 300l. When speaking to the staff/manager, both on the phone and in the office, they were abrupt, rude, made all the excuses of the day ref the delivery. Then made us feel awful, accused us of trying to pick a fight. They offered a refund but they refused PayPal and cheque options. Only that I could give my card details over the phone which obviously I wasn't prepared to do. They then hung up the phone. Honestly in all my years of ordering oroducts/goods/services, I have never been left shortchanged, nor feeling like I was the criminal. I do not recommend at all. Avoid.
Rang them up at 9.15am and ask for a price and when can be delivered and had oil delivered same day at 11am. First class.
Gilmore oil have always delivered quickly and been exceptionally helpful to the less technically minded among us ( myself!). Thank you for all your help
