Been ill for about a month. (Not covid) not managed to get an actual face to face appointment with a doctor in all that time. And have only had telephone appointments. Now following blood tests have to wait one full week for results as only my gp can speak to me about the results

Very positive experience when needed to see my doctor. I sent through my concerns on the on line appointments site, was promptly advised i could attend the next day. Met at the door with friendly organised manner and given hand gel before entering the surgery. All in all fast efficient service. Well done brunston
Very unhelpful receptionist who refuse to give you an appointment unless you go through very personal questions with her. Often rude, always unhelpful.
Never had a problem here. Correctly diagnosed me with anxiety and depression and have been very supportive ever since. Always there to talk to and the front desk staff are lovely. One doctor even rang me out of hours to see how I was. Cant recommend enough.
Lovely people doing such a great job when so many people are up against it and some !
