Website says an item is in-stock. You order the component thinking the turnaround will be reasonable... 1 week later you find yourself calling in to chase it up and find out that actually one item wasn't in stock after all. The whole order has been sitting waiting for a fitting to ship over internationally. No e-mail or call to notify you of the delay. Raised to 3 stars because they were nice enough to send out what was available when prompted.
