I bought the Aquarius - Water Cooled Ryzen PC, and I was very happy to say the least at what I got. The build quality was amazing and the prompt response was very quick even under the current period where they are very busy. Their customer service was very good as well, helpful technicians were on hand any time I had questions and were not condescending. The packaging was very good as well, tough material and internal protection of parts mean the chance of damage was very unlikely. I would recommend using UK gaming computers for purchasing custom or basic PCs.

I was seriously let down by PC Specialist before Christmas and chose to buy from UK Gaming Computers instead. You can search for my PC Specialist 1 star Google review and 5 photos, where you will see how poor they were. I am delighted with you, UK Gaming Computers. The price was more competitive than PC Specialist, the graphics card was better (never thought I could afford GeForce 3060) but the PC is here and I am so pleased. This is our first upgrade of family PC for a decade and long overdue. I will definitely be buying from you again. In the last two years I have used PC Specialist (very, very poor), Gladiator Gaming PCs (pretty good but a few tech issues on delivery) and now UK Gaming Computers. The others were for family and I was ready to try somebody new instead. They did a great job. The Dec 2020 offer of Win10 Pro on a free upgrade was very welcome too. Well done and thank you.

Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received. My original order with UKGC was smooth, with a shorter than expected wait for parts. When a contractor damaged my PC, I also received incredible service and advice, even though UKGC were not at all obliged to help. I couldn't be happier and fully recommend.

From the initial phone call I made to enquire about what they offer, all the way to the to the delivery of my pc peripherals, I have nothing bad to say. Staff were very informative and gave brilliant guidance in the quoting stage, making sure I had the best pc to suit my requirements and budget. I am probably one of the most impatient people on the planet, so when I saw they offered a 'Super Rush Job' service I was buzzing. It took only 4 days from me completing the transaction and payment clearing to me receiving the goods. Now with regards to the build of the pc, it is honestly flawless, cables are lovely neat and tidy, no finger prints on the glass side panel and overall was such a buzz to open up the packaging and get it set up. Purchased the PC for the purpose of gaming and content creation and so far, so good. Run my games impeccably and runs my editing software in the same manor. Will be a customer for a long time now, next will be the purchase of a streaming pc and all the peripherals. Highly recommend to everyone!!
