Appalling service - original review for hearing appointment occurred in February 2018. After continued cancellations, the appointment with the audiologist occurred in May 2018. Hearing aids had to be replaced but a month later nothing was heard (apparently the audiologist was without a printer) - on two counts (I was without hearing aids and was met with silence at Scrivens). A complaint to Head Office customer relations, guaranteed some action. As of 22nd June 2018, Scrivens are unable or unwilling to provide an update. They have suggested I again complain to Head Office; an absolute shambles with a litany of unbelievable excuses. I may have hearing difficulties but Scrivens are deaf to my complaints. The one star award is generous in the extreme!!!
