Very friendly company. We had them in to spruce up some carpets in a house we’ve just moved into. I had thought that at least the carpet on the stairs and landing would need replacing, based on results i had been able to achieve in the past with a B&Q rental Rug Doctor, but the carpet now looks like new. This is not some man with a Vax - the equipment that came out of the van is seriously heavyweight and Jeff took a lot of time to individually test each carpet to ensure the right chemicals were used. Those chemicals are safe for dogs, cats and yoghurt coated toddlers. Very highly recommended and will certainly use again.

Jeff did a great job at removing dark grease stains from our week old new light carpets caused by a delivery driver. We were preparing to have the carpet replaced as the stains appeared to be very stubborn but Jeff was able to get them out and you would never know they were there now. 5 star service all round and worth every penny.
Really excellent job. Carpets look new and even where the carpet was worn look great. Well worth the money.
