Having worked for them, I can honestly say that they are awful, discrimination is systemic in their service approach; it is a fact that their training manager actually said this in front of various people in Suffolk. Service users are seen as profit and not as in need! In Ipswich alone we lost five innocent lives through suicide and overdose. Did they support staff who worked with these people who died due to their negligence, no! Did they support service users whose friends died, again a no! A sick for profit company, masquerading as a charity, keeping themselves in jobs while service users die or continue in their addiction! No more public funds to this sick charity that thrives on people's vulnerability and ill mental health!

I really had a very good service until I was swapped with three key workers and then let down I just seem to have been dropped although I phoned them a couple of times they really need to sort out their staff properly

Takes long time to get help ,don't seem to be very helpful with mental health if you miss an appointment or Miss three days in a row you have to start from the beginning which can be hard to deal with if you are feeling low or down but that is only my opinion.
