I am really pleased. Initially had lots of issues with the first car I bought. Lookers did their best to resolve them, in the end they sourced me an alternative and got it too me quickly. The new one is perfect and I was really impressed with the level of customer service offered to me.

Had three vehicles from Lookers Land Rover Colchester over the years. The customer service has been impeccable from Sales to Service. Reception is always friendly and welcoming. The buying experience was dealt firstly by Daniel and each time by Kim in sales in a professional and friendly way. Charlie in Service and his department also needs a mention. The whole Lookers Colchester experience is always a good one from showroom to staff.
Richard Ford could not have been any more helpful. Ten out of ten for customer service.
Bought a car from them given the current restrictions they did their best and were helpful but would have liked some help understanding all of the gadgets still working everything out handbook very detailed and dense with all of the different models in the same handbook
We thought the service team had inadvertently kept the spare key when we collected the car, they had not and it was completely our mistake. However, they handled the whole situation very professionally and courteously when it was our error, even though I'm sure they realised it was our mistake. I can only reiterate how impressed I was, both with the way they handed this situation and there overall level of professionalism and service, Thank you!
