Every month for the last 4 months I have been chasing prescriptions that I have ordered online but was never done and sent to Tesco's. I work long hours with major mental health issues and I need the medication to keep me in check. the receptionist wouldn't even check her computer for me to tell me if the prescription had been done or not. Even when I explained I have no medication and I was working late I needed to know if the medication was at the pharmacy, otherwise it be whole weekend without it. Then she preached I shouldn't be calling to chase up prescriptions, If you just did them I wouldn't need to call in and chase them up. I'm always missing doses because they are late even when I gave 4 to 7 days online ordering. I just want to be able to leave the service to a more reliable one but as I live here I'm stuck with incompetent surgery not meeting my health care needs.

Unable to get an appointment, since we all gotta rush to the phone at 8 am. Some of us work and can't be doing this archaic style of booking appointments. I mean for goodness sake we are in 2020! Maybe try online booking?

Absolutely disgusting service! My partner is going through a lot of emotional subjects he trusted the doctors and they just gave him leaflets and sent him away. He already struggles to open up and they didn’t show one bit of comfort towards him! An absolute disgrace
