Dunelm, is a home furnishing retailers where you can shop for bedding, curtains, furniture, beds and mattresses. I love it as the quality of their linen is fantastic. I bought Linen, 3 blankets one super soft blue for our bedroom, Two lime green as our dogs are always lying on the sofas it matches the carpet we got also from Dunelm. They just have everything you will need to kit out your home.

Brilliant service. Yesterday my wife and I placed an on-line order for 5 items. We collected them today by ringing from the car park and they were brought out to us and put into our car. The two members of staff who were so helpful were Rachael and Carly. Thanks so very much. Ian and Maggie Dewis.

We dealt with Bill he was awful, rude and arrogant to myself, my son and the other customers waiting. He tutted when we asked if he could see where our click and collect order was and when we asked if he could find out when it would be ready he said “well how am I supposed to know?”. He was not wearing a name tag and did not want to give us his name so we had to get this from one of his colleagues who was very kind and considerate.
I am not a big fan of shopping, but this tends to be the go to place for the bits and pieces for the house - particularly bedding and curtains...! This particular store has parking outside in the retail area, a coffee shop and customer toilets. It is always fairly tidy and customer service is good. Card readers at tills need upgrading, have had issues twice with it not working correctly in past 6 months..!
