This business is a scam. Never heard of a cleaner who goes to a house to clean but expects it to be clean. Toilets were not clean. Windows left dirty. She is too important to do her job. Showed up to clean and disappeared to go get coffee, then complained alot about time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WASTE OF MONEY. Here are pictures of toilets after 6 hours cleaning.

I called the Company to clean my flat before I move out. The EGC Company did a fantastic job, they clean the windows inside and out, removed stains on carpets, thoroughly cleaned kitchen, bathroom walls and all skirting boards. I had my deposit back with no problem, the landlord was pleased and so did I. Great job! Thank you very very much! Marie-Agnes
