Bought this for my sons 7th birthday.. Clearly used no charger the wife was told simply to pack it back up and take it to the sudbury store, and was told by the store manager we are not entitled to a refund! Disgusting customer service

Not a fan of shopping any more, no real interaction with people or products. Visited store after work to change a faulty Ring doorbell. Victoria served us was witty, helpful and efficient. Made the whole experience much better and brighter for us a real asset to Argos

Popped into this shop recently after I had ordered a sofa to collect, staff were helpful when it came to giving me advice on what I should do to cancel an order/delivery as I had previously ordered a sofa that was much too big for my flat. The queue was quick, staff were friendly and overall a very pleasant atmosphere.

Easy, quick, cheaper than competitor across the road. After having a bad time in Curry's, went to Argos for the same TVs. Cheaper, in stock (unlike Currys) much better service, good social distancing, much better price. In and out in 5 minutes. Rock on Argos!
