I had Cod & Chips last night and as soon as I got home with closer inspection you could clearly see the fish was old and had been heated several times, the batter was very dark in colour and stuck to the fish. The fish didn't smell right either. Clearly was given old stock. Was a very poor piece of fish. I will never use them again!!!!

I used to use this place fifty years ago and remember the current owners father and his brother Pete The chips have never changed a great fish and chip shop

Excellent food quality across the board in my experience. Staff are helpful, friendly and service is always very good. Portions are very generous. Parking available around the site which is accessible from the main road easily enough.
