Lovely and very authentic little Portuguese restaurant. The inside is decorated nicely. The fish dishes are fresh and well prepared and there are also some vegetarian alternatives. The general vibe is very familiar.
Came here a couple of times in our vacation in Sintra and we were not disappointed. Adega Vadia offers a great, homey atmosphere and delicious food. The prices were humble and the service was perfect

An absolute gem, tucked away near Sintra. The service was some of the best in Portugal. Very friendly and spoke excellent English. The tapas dishes, while small in size, delivered an array of fantastic and unique tastes. The trilogy of tapas (sausage, mushrooms, and croquette meat) was fresh and delightful. Pro tip: save room for dessert. The Cookie Cake was incredible. Both in texture and taste. Prices are more than reasonable. The music played (radio) was right on point: 80s pop/soundtracks. Would definately recommend. Cash only.

Great Portuguese food. You should try some of the small dishes to share. Every Friday they present a Fado. Totally recommend to get an insight into Portuguese culture. You should book places in advance.
