They refuse to listen to any of your comments which are not - in their opinion - important. Rude. Since they’re here for international students who are mostly alone in the city, they should be of a great help and with smiles on their faces. after all they represent the University and they’re your first and last contact with the City, University and everything else related to your begining and end of one great experience.

The most unreliable official institution I came across. As an official international center, they are unable to provide any information unless specifically asked. All of they emails come in Portuguese language, regardless they serve mostly international students. And they don't reply to most of the emails sent. I am highly displeased that such important University as is the one in Coimbra can have such impotence services.

Todos con Mac y pantallas enormes pero contrasta con la cara de amargados y aburrido de sus trabajadores. Parecen cansados o sin ganas de trabajar. Es un blanco y negro entre la cara de los alumnos que llegan con la de los trabajadores que allí están.
