Visit to the emergency room on Sunday afternoon. Thanks to coronavir, entry is restricted and pre-entry controls are performed. The staff is nice and helpful. Great respect for their commitment in these difficult times. The interiors look like horror. Everything is clean and tidy. Think about how difficult it is for all employees and have patience and understanding.

This Hospital don't have telephone ️ because is very difficult to get in touch to know about your medical appointment. They should at least answer the Once you are there is no organization. And with the #chinacoronavirus it get poorest. Shame on #CentroHospitalareUniversitarioCoimbra...

make no mistake. the main downside is it's actually so good that everyone comes here and so there's a huge line for non critical emergencies. not everyone is able to help with proper information too, but the doctors are exceptional, from my brief experience with 2 of them. almost 12 hours after checkin.

Possibly the best Hospital in Portugal. It is starting to reflect its age in its slightly outdated facilities. Due to the huge number of patients that it has to serve it is in dire need of an expansio/upgrade.
